Tickets and the box office

Tickets for the Molson Canadian Centre are sold only through Ticketmaster. This guide does not sell tickets. On show nights the box office opens 90 minutes ahead of the start, and it is also open on some weekdays. If a question about your tickets needs a person rather than a screen, that window before the show is the one to plan around.

Accessible seats are sold on Ticketmaster too. Their place in the hall varies by show, so read the details for the specific event before you choose.

Who can come

Events at the Molson Canadian Centre are open to all ages unless a show says otherwise. Children 24 months and under may enter without a ticket, provided they sit on an accompanying adult's lap.

The gaming floor at Casino New Brunswick follows a different rule. The Buffet and the Hub City Pub are on that floor, so everyone who enters them must be 19 or older. Under the operator's family policy, people under 19 may not enter any casino or gaming floor at any time. If younger guests are in your party, plan the walk to your seats so it does not cross the floor. This guide does not know the building layout, so ask staff for the route when you arrive.

What to leave behind

Pack light for a show at the Molson Canadian Centre. No bags or backpacks are allowed, so leave them in the car or your hotel room. Cameras, drones and recording devices are not permitted either.

Coats need a plan as well. The concert venue has no coat check, but the coat check at Casino New Brunswick can be used, subject to availability. Re-entry is permitted, which helps if something has to go back to the car.

Arriving and parking

Coming along Route 2, the Trans-Canada Highway, you leave at exit 450 (Magnetic Hill) for Casino New Brunswick. Parking on site is free, with ample space. Hotel guests who park on site give the make, model and licence plate of the vehicle at check-in. Hotel parking is complimentary and included in the room rate, so there is nothing extra to arrange for an overnight stay.

General advice from the desk: if you need help with tickets, arrive before the box office opens. It opens 90 minutes before showtime.

Questions at the desk

Can I bring my 12-year-old to a concert?

Yes, unless the show says otherwise: events at the Molson Canadian Centre are open to all ages. Your child cannot go onto the gaming floor at Casino New Brunswick, though. Under the operator's family policy, people under 19 may not enter any casino or gaming floor at any time.

Does my toddler need a ticket?

Not at 24 months and under. Children that age may enter without a ticket if they sit on an accompanying adult's lap.

Can I bring a small bag?

Bags and backpacks are not allowed at Molson Canadian Centre shows, small ones included. Cameras, drones and recording devices stay behind as well.

Where do I find who is playing?
