Opening times by area
At Casino New Brunswick the slots open first. Sunday through Thursday they keep 10 AM to 2 AM hours, and on Friday and Saturday they stay on from 10 AM until 3 AM. Table games start at 2 PM and close at those same hours.
If you arrive on a Friday after check-in, more of the floor opens as the evening goes on. At 6 PM the High Limit Room opens, then closes at 2 AM Sunday through Thursday, or at 3 AM on a Friday or Saturday. Craps runs Friday and Saturday only, from 7 PM to 2 AM. The Casino Gift Shop keeps simpler hours: 10 AM to 11 PM daily.
The floor is not open 24/7. Please confirm holiday hours with the casino at its website, greatcanadian.com.

The table games
Table games at Casino New Brunswick include Blackjack, Baccarat, Craps and Roulette. Every table game except craps opens at 2 PM.
Craps keeps a shorter week. It runs on Friday and Saturday evenings only, from 7 PM to 2 AM. If your stay falls on a Thursday, the other games are open but craps is not. On a Saturday the dice stop at 2 AM, while the rest of the tables run until 3 AM.
The poker room
The poker room at Casino New Brunswick is a private room in the Lighthouse part of the casino, and the game is Texas Hold'em. Play runs 6 PM to 2 AM on Thursday, and on Friday and Saturday it carries on from 6 PM until 3 AM. On Sunday through Wednesday, the room does not open.
Seats go through a waitlist. Your name goes on the list by phone: dial 506-861-4632 after 5 PM, Thursday to Saturday, as much as 60 minutes ahead of when you mean to play. If you arrive on a Thursday and check in at 4 PM, that call can wait until you have settled into your room. Once your name comes up, stay close: no-shows are removed after 10 minutes.
Dinner on the floor
The Buffet and the Hub City Pub are on the floor at Casino New Brunswick. The Buffet runs Wednesday to Saturday, with its own menu for each of those days. Because both are on the floor, everyone who enters must be 19 or older. Their hours are not repeated here, so confirm them with the casino at 1-877-859-7775.
Planning a family dinner before a show at the Molson Canadian Centre? If anyone in your party is under 19, plan dinner off the floor, in Moncton, Dieppe or Riverview, and meet at the concert venue afterwards. Concerts there are open to all ages unless a show says otherwise.
